ZIPIA - Exchange/Return Policy

Question 1:  What do I do if the goods are damaged or defective?
Answer:  Please be reassured that all goods are carefully checked for good condition and we take every effort to pack the items safely before delivering to you. Hence, we regret we are unable to replace defective goods and we are not responsible for damages caused during transit.

Question 2:  Can I change my item in terms of size/color?
Answer:  We do not replace/refund items so it is important for you to double check your order.  Please note the color of the items may differ slightly due to the lighting used during photography.
