We will proceed with your order placement once the full payment is received. Should there be any out-of-stock items, we will notify you via email. If you would like to include additional item(s), we will try to accommodate in the current shipment. Kindly wait for our email confirmation and arrange payment for the additional item(s) to confirm the order.

·             Exchange Rate : USD 1.00 = SGD 1.40

·             International Shipping Fee : SGD 1.50 per unit

·             Local Postage Fee : SGD 0.50 per unit * 

* Registered Mail = SGD 2.50.  
   The Registered Mail Tracking Number will be provided and you will be able to
   track the status of your parcel on SingPost with this tracking number.
* SpeedPost = Subject to the prevailing cost
* Non Singapore-based buyers please email us to check on the applicable
   international freight charges and payment details.

SHIPPING GUIDE

All shipping and postage charges are imposed according to unit sizes of the items you have ordered.  Please use the guide below for the calculation of shipping/postage charges:-

Total Payment

= Total USD * 1.40 + Shipping Fee + Postage Fee + GST (if applicable) **

** A 7% GST (goods and services tax) may be levied on import of goods from overseas by Singapore Customs.


PAYMENT

Payments must be made in Singapore Dollars.
We accept payment via Internet Bank Transfers and ATM Bank Transfers.
For our international clients, please contact us for the details of the freight charges and payment.

Once you have transferred the payment to us, please email us the following details: -

• IB Nickname (only for internet banking)
• Payment Amount
• Date and Time
• Transaction Number / Reference

You will receive an email notification to confirm our receipt of your payment shortly. Sit back, relax and look out for our updates on the delivery status!
